Because all our products are made-to-order just for you, all sales are final.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re happy to replace it at no cost to you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the item and the issue

We will send a replacement or issue a refund if we’re unable to replace it.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are printed specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Wrong size ordered
• Personal preference
